Frequently asked questions

What are your cancelation polices?​

I require 24 Hrs notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If appointment is canceled within 24hrs,  you will be charged for 50% of the services booked. No show is 100% charge of services booked.

I will charge this fee by your card that we have on file with Phorest or via Zelle! 

Can I bring my own shampoo and conditioner in for you to use?​

Regarding bringing your own shampoo or conditioner, I can only accommodate medical reasons for doing so. Otherwise, I exclusively use Unite hair care products, which are fantastic, pure, and have a delightful scent!

Should I wash my hair before my appointment or come in with dirty hair? 

I don't expect your hair to be perfectly clean when you arrive, but if it definitely needs washing, I would be grateful if you could do so before your appointment. Additionally, please remember to bring inspiration photos, avoid oversized hoodies, and come prepared to have an amazing appointment!
